The conference registration fees are:

  • The All events registration covers the conference participation, coffee breaks, lunches, the reception and the conference dinner
  • The Workshops only registration covers participation in the workshops day (September 17th), coffee breaks, a lunch and the reception on September 17th
  • The authors of the main conference should register by July 15th, 2025
  • The DC author registration is for the Doctoral Consortium authors and their participation is supported by Riga Technical University 
  • Extra reception ticket - 40 EUR and Extra dinner ticket - 80 EUR
  • Every paper should have at least on unique registration
  • Cancelations are possible till August 31st, 2025 and are subject to 100 EUR processing fee
